Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Course Registration

Course seat reservation is strictly confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If a registered participant requests to cancel their enrollment, refund eligibility is determined based on the time remaining before the scheduled course commencement date:

3. Transfer of Registration

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch of the same course (subject to seat availability). Notification of transfer must be sent to CPEX in writing before the course starts.

Note: A maximum of one (1) batch transfer is permitted per registration.

4. Cancellation by CPEX

In the rare event that CPEX cancels a scheduled batch due to unforeseen administrative or clinical circumstances, registered participants will be given the option of:

• A complete 100% refund of the paid course fee, OR
• A direct seat transfer to the next available batch or an equivalent program.

5. Digital Content & Resources

Any course materials, video recordings, presentation PDFs, worksheets, or digital guidebooks provided during study sessions are classified as direct digital content. Once access credentials to these materials have been granted, the course fee becomes entirely non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days of approval.
