1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any course, workshop, or educational program offered by the Centre for Prostho Excellence (CPEX), participants explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials—including but not limited to lectures, presentations, manual workbooks, instructional videos, clinical diagrams, digital mockups, spreadsheets, and online resources—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Centre for Prostho Excellence (CPEX).
Recording, copying, translating, distributing, republishing, or sharing any course content without prior explicit written permission from CPEX is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Access & Credentials
Course login portals and learning management system (LMS) credentials are issued for the exclusive use of the registered participant. Sharing login details, allowing unauthorized viewing, or distributing access links is a breach of security and will result in immediate termination of course access without refund.
4. Attendance & Certification
Course completion certificates are only awarded to participants who satisfy the minimum attendance thresholds, submit required case reflections, or complete the practical modules outlined in their specific curriculum guidelines.
5. Clinical Responsibility
CPEX educational programs are designed to enhance professional knowledge and clinical reasoning. However, dental treatments carry inherent risks. The treating clinician remains solely responsible for all diagnostic findings, treatment planning decisions, and patient care outcomes. CPEX assumes no clinical liability for treatments performed by participants.
6. Course & Schedule Changes
CPEX reserves the right to modify course timetables, substitute faculty presenters, transition delivery formats (e.g. live stream vs pre-recorded modules), or revise clinical exercises whenever necessary to enhance educational delivery or react to unforeseen disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
CPEX, its founders, and faculty speakers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or clinical complications arising from participation in or application of our educational methodologies.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all relations between CPEX and its participants shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
